Conferences and summits
Conference keynote speaker: youth leadership, Gen Z and the future of work
Conference organisers book me for the slot that needs energy: the opening keynote, the post-lunch session, or the closing talk that has to send people home with something to do.

What you get
Wil Massara is a Gen Z keynote speaker for conferences and summits audiences. He founded Youth Leadership Academy Australia at 15; it has reached 65,000+ young people across 1,500+ schools. Keynotes run 30 to 60 minutes, in person worldwide or virtually from Sydney.
I speak at YLAA's national tour in Australia's biggest venues every year, from ICC Sydney to Brisbane City Hall, in front of thousands of students at a time. If a room of 1,500 fourteen-year-olds stays with you, a conference audience will too.
- Opening and closing keynotes with a clear, argued point of view
- Panels and fireside conversations on Gen Z, education and youth policy
- MC and host roles for youth-focused summits
- International availability with Australian pricing transparency
Keynotes delivered to audiences from 20 to 2,000, across Australia and North America, and virtually across Europe.
Recommended sessions
- Gen Z at Work, keynote or workshop, 45 to 90 minutes
- Lead Before You're Ready, keynote, 30 to 60 minutes
- Change Happens Together, keynote or facilitated session, 45 to 90 minutes
Questions organisers ask
How far in advance should we book?
Three to six months is typical for Australian dates, longer for international travel and for March, which is YLAA national tour season.
Does Wil speak outside Australia?
Yes. I have delivered keynotes in North America and virtually across Europe, and I am actively booking international dates in New Zealand, Asia, the UK and the US.
What does Wil need on the day?
A lapel or headset mic, a clicker, screen for slides and a pre-event call with the organiser. Full technical notes are in the media kit.
