Wil Massara is a Gen Z keynote speaker available for events in Sydney. He founded Youth Leadership Academy Australia at 15; it has reached 65,000+ young people across 1,500+ schools. He speaks on Gen Z at work, retention, youth leadership and co-design. Keynotes run 30 to 60 minutes.
For Sydney organisers that means no travel costs, short-notice availability and a speaker who has stood on the city's biggest stages in front of its toughest audience: teenagers.
- YLAA Sydney national tour at ICC Sydney, annually
- Inner West Youth Voice Summit with Inner West Council
- Magic Moments Youth Leadership & Business Summit, NSW
- Regional NSW Youth Leadership Summit with Federation Council
Travel and logistics
No travel or accommodation costs for Sydney metro events. Regional NSW dates in Newcastle, Wollongong, the Central Coast, Dubbo and the Riverina are a short trip.

Keynotes for Sydney audiences
- Gen Z at Work: What the generation entering your workforce actually values, why they leave at month 14, and what to change about culture, feedback and leadership to keep them. From a speaker who is Gen Z.
- Lead Before You're Ready: The story of building an organisation that reached thousands of young people before the Year 12 results came back blank, and what that says about talent, age and who we back before they have the credentials.
- Change Happens Together: The decisions that stick are the ones made with the people they affect, not for them. A practical approach to intergenerational collaboration drawn from consulting work with government departments, councils and education systems.
